Job Type: Full-time

Location: Middlesbrough (hybrid working policy)

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Day to Day of the role:

• Master end-to-end commercial processes, identifying improvements and addressing failures.
• Hold functional and operational teams accountable for changes and error rectifications.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting on process successes, failures, and required actions.
• Monitor process data daily and weekly, engaging directly to resolve challenges related to people, processes, and technology.
• Test, validate, and document process and system changes impacting the process.
• Train commercial, operational, and functional teams in correct operating procedures and engage with ad-hoc training as required.
• Directly correct data quality issues and ensure data accuracy in collaboration with functional/support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical acumen with the ability to analyse complex situations and drive an excellence culture.
• Data-oriented with a strong attention to detail and analytical thought process.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and communicating complex information simply.
• Pragmatic approach, balancing ideal solutions with the practical needs of today.
• Ability to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing, and demanding global business environment.
• Proficiency with Data management, PowerBi reporting, and data transformation processes.
• Relevant experience or degree in Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Construction, Industrial Services, Quantity Surveying, or Project Controls.
