DevOps Engineer - SC Cleared - Remote - Outside IR35

I am currently working with a fantastic MSP who are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a team who build, deploy, maintain systems and offer cloud solutions for a UK Government client. You will be working alongside application engineers and a wider team of DevOps engineers to ensure platforms are supported and maintained through upgrades, migrations and developments.

Contract details;

• 6m initial contract
• Remote working
• Outside IR35
• SC cleared

Technical ability/background must include;

• 2yrs+ Strong Azure cloud experience
• 2yrs+ Strong AKS/Kubernetes experience
• Experience in Docker orchestration and Docker containerisation using Kubernetes and knowledge and awareness of Kubernetes such as storage (PV), networking (services, endpoints, DNS)

Duties will include (but not limited to);

• Installing, deploying, configuring, recommending improvement and maintaining the docker/Kubernetes cluster itself through deployment pipelines and automation.
• Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed to ensure an effective solution is implemented
• Continual improvement of service to end clients
• Possible on-call as part of rotation
• Creating and managing production scale Kubernetes clusters
