Azure Cloud Security Engineer

Job: Cloud Security Engineer
Duration: 12 months Initially
Location: Dublin - Hybrid - 2/3 days onsite
Day Rate: Competitive

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a Security Operations
• Experience with Microsoft Security Suite products - Azure, Sentinel and Defender
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure - Entra ID, Conditional Access, Enterprise Apps, App Registrations, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Identity Governance, Azure Infrastructure, Entra Connect, Intune, Secure Score, Exposure Management, Exchange Online Protection, Purview
• Familiarity with firewall technologies, SIEM (Sentinel), EDR (Crowdstrike), IDS/IPS concepts, email Security products, Vulnerability Management (Qualys) an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO27001, CIS, NIST) an advantage.
• Security certification such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+/Security+ etc. is advantageous.
