UX Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX Manager to lead our user experience team in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for improving user journeys, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design teams. As a UX Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers, researchers, and UI developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end user experience process, from research and ideation to design and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development lifecyc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in designing complex B2B SaaS applications.
