Job Title: UKG Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: London (3 days onsite per week in London office)

Contract: 12-month contract

Overview:

Searching for a UKG Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be UK-based and willing to work from the London office three days per week. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and functional expertise in UKG (formerly Kronos).

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 5 years of UKG experience
• Talk with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Focus on integration and interface development within the UKG suite
• Provide hands-on support for UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro/UKG Pro WFM)
• Support modules such as timekeeping and scheduling
• Lead or Support UKG Pro deployments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UKG experience (technical/functional)
• Strong technical understanding of UKG integrations and interfaces
• Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro and UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions)
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working onsite in London 3 days a week

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces
