As a People Digital Programme Support (General - Project Support), you will be pivotal in the operational backbone of the programme, handling a myriad of responsibilities that ensure the smooth running of projects. From managing essential documentation and tracking project deliverables to coordinating meetings and generating progress reports, your role ensures that all aspects of the programme are aligned and moving forward. You are the linchpin in the wheel, facilitating communication and coordination across various teams, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

  • We are looking for a people who can hit the ground running from initial planning of the work programme to completion of the first full year. In order to support the project delivery timeline, the project must commence promptly and within 4 weeks of successful interview.
  • The initial phase consists of temporary project positions and as the project progresses, permanent roles will be made available later in the project.
  • The positions for the project will be hosted by the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
  • For all positions, we require start dates of no later than early June 2024.
  • For those already employed by the NHS in Devon, if you are interested, it is essential that before you apply, you discuss and agree your availability with your current line manager and seek agreement to be released within a 4 week period from the date of appointment.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week

Location: Whilst the location of this role is listed as Exeter, this role supports remote working. However it is anticipated that you will be required to attend sites in Devon, as required.

This is a fixed term contract for 10 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
