Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering with stakeholders to elicit and document software requirements.
• Software development; designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues.
• Support the general delivery process on projects.
• Define and document operating procedures.

Senior Software Engineer Skills & Experience Required

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and experience with SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL.
• Experience with Git/Azure DevOps.
• Previous experience working with APIs linking to third-party systems.
• Five years of commercial development experience.
• Familiarity with unit testing and mocking.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment using MRP systems.
