To join our midlands based team we are looking for a 1st Line Support engineer who specialises in Unified Comms and Telephony.
1st Line Support Engineer
Remote – commutable distance to Staffordshire
£25,000-£28,000 DOE
9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday
20 days holiday + banks

The Role:
- You will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for telephone enquiries from clients, in order to log tickets and collect information surrounding issues.
- Provide excellent customer service as you will be the voice of the company
- Log tickets in the support system and escalate relevant issues when appropriate
- Managing issues in appropriately in a timely and efficient manner
- Being proactive in your approach to system alerts and general activities.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a first line role, preferably for an MSP but not essential.
- Knowledge of VOIP telephony – mainly 3CX is preferred.
- Experience in O365/Microsoft and Windows
- Understanding of general Wi-FI/Broadband faults.
