Head of IT Transformation

Leading Midlands based organisation are looking for an IT Transformation Manager to join them on a permanent basis to help shape and define their strategic portfolio. Paying up to £75,000 base + excellent market leading benefits. If you're a driven leader wanting to be a part of a large multi-million pound change programme, this will certainly hit the mark.

We're looking for someone who has:

A degree level qualification or demonstrable experience of leading numerous complex multi-stream transformation programmes from concept stage through to delivery.
Qualified in a relevant project management discipline such as Prince2, APM, PMI or equivalent.
A proven track record of successfully leading numerous complex multi-stream transformational programmes from concept stage through to delivery in a fast-paced environment and leading and delivering large scale transformation activities to enhance customer experience to time and budget.
A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels of the organisation.
Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
