Photocopier Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer to cover the North East Region encompassing Newcastle, Durham, Teesside and surrounding areas.

1. Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
2. Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
3. Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
4. Providing an exceptional customer service

1. It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
2. Good IT / Networking skills
3. Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
4. Great time management and ability to work under pressure

1. Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
2. Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
