Customer Service Engineer - £27k + On-call (OTE £32k) + Benefits

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair our equipment and systems. You'll also play a key role in pre-sales support, assisting with system design and surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment and systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Assist in designing new systems
- Conduct surveys and generate reports
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders
You'll be successful if you have:
- Strong technical skills with experience in communications/IT installations (preferred)
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Telecoms PABX, and network protocols
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive under pressure
- A keen interest in technology and its applications
