We are seeking an experienced International Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing, growing, and acquiring channel partners across Europe, aiming to achieve agreed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across Eastern Europe, Italy, the Middle East, and regions within the Far East.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to channel partners, end-users, and attend industry events across Europe and specified regions.
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ team in Basingstoke, with periodic office visits as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales and channel partner development.
  • Strong understanding of the communications technology sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned regions and to the company HQ.
