IT Engineer

IT Engineer - Derby - £30K

I am recruiting on behalf of my client based in Derby for an IT Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Derby. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing both internal and external IT support across their base.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a user base across the UK on a range of IT Support issues
• Providing technical support for desktop, infrastructure and networks
• Escalating issues to senior members of the support team
• Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
• Travelling out to different sites around the UK (Driving license required)

• Unifi + Zyxel networking equipment
• Paxton
• Printers
• VPNs
