Sales Manager

My client provide highly-innovative solutions within the IT Distribution Channel, working closely with cutting-edge Technology vendors to deliver best-in-breed solutions to their customers.

They now require a Sales Manager to join their team in Buckinghamshire. Your role is focused on a team of Internal Sales Executives who you will be coaching, mentoring and advising in order to maximise their performance and opportunities available to them. You will provide leadership for the team in dealings with Technology Vendors and Customers, attending industry events with members of the team in order to maximise company exposure, and building customer-focused marketing campaigns to create strong sales pipeline and revenue outcomes.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience leading a team within a Technology Sales environment, and able to demonstrate how you have helped individuals progress, develop and improve. You will know how to work with Tech companies in order to position campaigns that will deliver value to them, in turn maximising sales opportunities.
