Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Manager to oversee the development and implementation of their SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments, with experience in the banking industry being highly beneficial. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex programmes related to their payments/SaaS products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, sales, and customer support.
• Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Monitor programme progress, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Continuously improve programme management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the payments industry, with SaaS product experience.
• Experience in the banking industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, gateways, and related technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

This role is based in the London area, with a hybrid working model that combines remote work and regular in-office collaboration.
