The Role: Senior HR Business Partner

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead projects in Leadership Development, Org Design, Career Development, and more.
  • Drive improvements in Talent, Performance, Engagement, Retention, and Culture.
  • Manage complex ER issues.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within our workforce.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role you will need;

  • Strong strategic business partnering with senior leaders.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing large-scale HR projects including Organisational change and Transformation.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and Transformation Programs.
  • Passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Ability to prioritise and action multiple competing deadlines.
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Strong team player work ethic
