Team Administrator

Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and an enthusiastic administrator to work within a high functioning Mental Health Liaison Team based at Parklands Hospital.

The work is varied and interesting and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires use of initiative and a commitment to team working and achievement of high standards. There will be an opportunity to develop your skills working in a specialist team.

The needs of the service user will be the utmost priority.

Travel maybe required between team bases.

Main duties of the job

To work within the Liaison Service to provide a comprehensive secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Mental Health Liaison Service. Communicate with a range of internal and external professionals and organisations whilst providing good customer service experience for all patients at all times.

Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients and staff.

Qualifications

Essential
  • English GCSE or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office to a competent standards
  • Experience of previous administration roles
