Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer required by a global software company with head offices in Hemel Hempstead. Due to continued growth the company require a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help ensure the reliability and availability of their cloud systems and services.

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will play a vital role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.

The position is hybrid involving 3 days a week in the office. Due to the team being based in Nottingham, this person must be happy to visit the Nottingham office once a month to catch up with the team.

Essential experience:

• An AWS certification
• Proven experience in an AWS focused Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role
• Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Scripting such as Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible
