Product Owner

Are you a driven Product Owner looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing tech company? We're seeking an experienced and dynamic hands-on Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our innovative SaaS products. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations in performance, functionality, and profitability.

Location: Mostly home-based working with West Midlands offices

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive product success.
• Lead Agile teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Align product development with customer needs, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to modernize and enhance our product suite.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional tech teams to plan and deliver future project roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Strong track record in product management or ownership, particularly within the SaaS or data sectors.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, and have successfully led Agile teams.
• Confident in translating customer requirements into actionable product features and improvements.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
