Senior Ict Support Officer (G8)

We are working in partnership with a Local Authority in Staffordshire to appoint an experienced Senior ICT Support Officer to join their dynamic team working on the Corporate File Plan Project.

As an integral part of this project, you will be involved in various aspects, including:

  • Hands-on involvement in the build and migration of documents from shared filing to M365 SharePoint.
  • Testing and providing technical support for our Corporate File Plan (EDRMS) system built in M365 using SharePoint.

Qualifications:

  • Significant technical experience in M365, with a focus on SharePoint and SharePoint administration. PowerShell skills are a must, and knowledge of Sharegate is desirable.
  • Expertise in EDRMS SharePoint Site Configuration, including design, build, and configuration of sites and subsites based on business requirements.
  • Experience in automating document migration to M365 SharePoint locations and providing detailed migration reports.
  • Ability to customize site templates and workflows to enhance the functionality and usability of the EDRMS.
  • Proven track record in providing end-user support for EDRMS aspects of SharePoint-related enquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.
