Job Overview:

The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and managing digital platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating with various teams to maintain digital systems, update content, and troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing digital workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and continuously improving digital processes. The role is well-suited for someone with technical proficiency and experience in digital content management who is looking to expand their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Set up and maintain websites for various projects or initiatives, ensuring all content is accurate and up to date.
  • Content Updates: Regularly update digital platforms with the latest content and information.
  • Data Integration: Work with relevant teams to ensure smooth data transfer to digital systems.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to users, helping them navigate and use digital platforms effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Address user queries and resolve technical issues related to digital systems in a timely manner.
  • Process Optimisation: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving digital workflows and user experience.
  • Document Management: Ensure all digital content is well-organised, following best practices for version control and digital archiving.
  • Guideline Development: Assist in developing guidelines and procedures for managing and updating digital platforms.
  • Video Content Coordination: Coordinate the creation and uploading of video content to digital platforms as required.
  • Hardware & Software Management: Assist with ordering and managing hardware and software necessary for digital operations, including monitoring and renewing subscriptions.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when managing digital content and data.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital content management systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, WordPress, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and offer practical solutions to improve system performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well in a team environment, supporting cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adapting to new digital tools and learning new technologies quickly.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not essential):

  • Experience with data integration and website content management.
  • Familiarity with video content creation or editing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing digital platforms or supporting digital operations in a fast-paced environment.
