IT Project Lead (Healthcare Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to join our team in Epsom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our digital care projects. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that project timelines are met. This position requires a highly articulate individual who can effectively manage stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Project Planning and Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of comprehensive project plans, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and resources are clearly defined.
• Timeline Management: Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.
• Articulation: Clearly articulate project goals, progress, and issues to all stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within digital care projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Projects is essential.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of meeting project deadlines.

• A competitive salary within the range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
