Overview of role:

• The SSG 2nd Line Support Technical position will be a dynamic, self-motivated IT professional with the opportunity to perform a 360 role, responsible for providing high quality remote and on-site technical support. Solving various issues and problems on hardware and software in varying configurations. You will be requir4d to adopt a hands-on support to problem solving and take ownership of assigned incidents and manage to resolution.
• The Technician will be able to make the role their own, bringing fresh ideas and new tech to the forefront of the organisation.
• Travel will be required as you will be providing 2nd line technical support to SSG ICT users across several sites across the UK and therefore you must hold a UK driving licence.

• Hardware and software support.
• MDM support and Improvements.
• Network troubleshooting and support.
• Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting and support.
• Office 365 administration and support.
• Ensuring adherence of the Group policies & procedures.
• AzureAD/Intune.
• Telecoms (phone providers, ISPs etc.).
• Asset and Configuration management.
• IT Service Management Systems.
• Full UK Drivers licence - essential.

• 2 years in a similar role.

• £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
• 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
