IT Account Manager

The opportunity for an experienced IT Account Manager to join a reputable IT solutions provider in Norwich is available. The Account Manager will play a key role managing and developing relationships with existing clients and supporting new business opportunities. You'll be the client's main point of contact ensuring an exceptional service is delivered.

Responsibilities Include;

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, communicating over phone, VC and attending face to face on site meetings.
• Identify opportunities to consult and advise on relevant products and services based on client needs.
• Manage a sales pipeline through effective qualification and nurturing activities.
• Deliver meetings and presentations for new contracts and run service account reviews.
• Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of any concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively serve clients.

Experience required;

• Strong experience in a client-facing account management or sales role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience producing technical quotes for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in an IT/Tech role would be beneficial.
