An experienced Data Migration Developer wanted with active SC clearance.This fantastic opportunity will involve playing a dual role as a Migration Specialist and Developer. Hybrid working with the expectation of 2-3 days/week on site in London. Immediate start, ideally in Summer 2024.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

• Must be an experienced Migration Specialist with strong Development capabilities and Active SC Clearence. 
• Data Migration duties including Data migration processes, data mappings and transformation rules.
• Data migrations from legacy systems to new platforms, insuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency during the migration process.
• The ability to write high-quality, maintainable code using languages such as Python, SQL Server.
• PC, PowerShell, Sharepoint, Azure, Desktop Support , Snowflake, Azure Data Lake services (ALA) Gen 2.
• Expertise in development, testing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) is essential for achieving project success.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Plan, design, and execute PoCs to validate new technologies, frameworks, or solutions.
• Establish data tools like Snowflake and Azure Data Lake Services (ADLS) Gen 2.
• Utilize PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools to design and create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with data modeling, database design, and data integration.
• Proficient in at least one data visualization tool, i.e PowerBI, Tableau, or similar. 
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development frameworks is highly adventous.
