ICT Support Hardware Engineer Apprentice
Role
- Owning all IT related issues - Raising/ closing tickets.
- Working within a large multi-disciple, multi-site team.
- Hardware support focused on Break/Fix Incident resolution, problem management and process/service improvement.
- Travelling between sites will be necessary and apart of your duties.
Training
You'll be completing a Level 3 Information communications technician apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required, through the Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme.

• Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification.
• Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell.
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
