ICT Support Hardware Engineer Apprentice

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Azure - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Front-line support dealing with End User and Manufacturing IT Incidents.

Role

  • Owning all IT related issues - Raising/ closing tickets.
  • Working within a large multi-disciple, multi-site team.
  • Hardware support focused on Break/Fix Incident resolution, problem management and process/service improvement.
  • Travelling between sites will be necessary and apart of your duties.

Training

You'll be completing a Level 3 Information communications technician apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required, through the Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme.

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.

90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
