IT Support Apprentice

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include Provide technical support to end-users at the Keighley factory and remote support to users at the Romania, Mexico, and India sites.

Role

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops,
  • laptops, printers, and networking devices.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, antivirus scans, and data backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployment

Technologies used: Microsoft Office, 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, PowerBI, Epicor ERP Cisco, HP Aruba, Fortigate.
