Core Responsibilities (Right Seat):
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately and efficiently in the various TDM’s systems, ensuring that information is entered with precision and attention to detail following the relevant TDM processes and procedures to support the customer journey from beginning to end
- Cleaning and formatting raw data to make it consistent, standardised, and easily accessible for analysis or reporting purposes. Identifying and correcting errors, removing duplicate entries, and ensuring data uniformity
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents or other reference materials, ensuring the TDM team are entering the data in the right places and in the right way
- Performing data validation checks to ensure consistency and integrity across databases
- Communicating effectively with TDM customers and TDM team members where data needs to be checked and amended for accuracy and completeness in TDM systems
- Managing and organising the various TDM systems, where data is held to ensure data reporting is accurate on an ongoing basis
- Supporting the scheduling of courses and coaching sessions, ensuring the data is recorded in the right place
- Collating and formatting data to facilitate processing and presentation for review, in accordance with the organisation's policy and procedures and recognised industry good practice
- Maintaining data security and confidentiality protocols
- Supporting the analysis of simple and complex data to support business reporting needs
- Validating results of analysis using various techniques to identify faults within the data results to ensure data integrity
- Any other duties as directed by your line manager and/or a director
- Compliance with all TDM policies, procedures and legal responsibilities, including ISO9001 and Cyber Essentials
Training
Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake an eighteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
Opportunity to progress to higher level apprenticeship or full-time role on completion of the apprenticeship.
