You will be responsible for diagnosing simple faults, and appropriately escalating unresolved issues through the correct channels.

Role

  • Performing repairs on a variety of devices, with a protocol for escalating tasks beyond your current skill level.
  • Taking meticulous care of customer devices to ensure they are returned in the same or better condition than when received.
  • Demonstrating politeness and courtesy to all staff and customers, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

  • Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
  • Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.

The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance with the chance to pursue excellent career development opportunities and where appropriate, sponsorship of a relevant qualification.
