Lean Agile Coach - £55k - £65k + bonus and benefits - Hybrid, 2 days per week in London - End User

Do you have experience as an Agile Coach, mentoring and guiding people to find the best solution to their challenges? If so, this could be for you!

In this role, you will help transition the business from existing to new practices, developing their understanding of scaled agile and business agility from top-down by analysing and implementing processes to improve the businesses efficeiencies. You will play a key role in the long term business strategy.

To excel in this position, you will need to have experience and a proven track record in Agile / Lean / Agile-Lean Coaching roles, along with experience in leading and running workshops. Effective communication, coaching, and feedback skills will be essential, along with a strong understanding of SAFE methodologies and experience working closely with Project Manager and Change Managers. SPC (SAFE Practitioner Coach) qualification is desirable but not essential.
