On behalf of a fantastic client, we are looking for an experience sales associate to join their new sales team

Overview:
As a SaaS Sales Associate you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team manager to support sales initiatives, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and networking and utilising current clients to upsell
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS offerings
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets and goals
- Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
