My client is seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Developer to join their team. This role is crucial to the implementation and optimisation of HubSpot CRM, this implementation includes Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Job Description:
As a HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for the full implementation, customisation, and optimisation of HubSpot CRM modules: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. You will work closely with my clients marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure that their HubSpot environment is tailored to there specific needs and optimised for performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
HubSpot CRM Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the full implementation of HubSpot CRM, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Configure and customise HubSpot CRM properties, workflows, pipelines, and integrations to align with business processes.

Custom Development:

• Develop custom themes and templates for HubSpot CMS using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
• Create and maintain custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems using HubSpot APIs.

Marketing Hub:

• Design and implement marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms.
• Utilise tools within the Marketing Hub for lead generation, email marketing, social media management, and SEO optimisation.

Sales Hub:

• Set up and configure sales pipelines, deal stages, and task automation.
• Implement lead scoring, email tracking, and sales analytics tools.
• Develop custom sales reports and dashboards.

Service Hub:

• Configure customer service pipelines, ticketing systems, and feedback collection tools.
• Implement customer support automation, live chat, and knowledge base.
• Develop custom reports for service performance and customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

• Oversee data migration into HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and proper organisation.
• Implement segmentation and reporting tools to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for HubSpot CRM-related issues and troubleshoot any problems.
• Ensure the HubSpot CRM platform is optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored HubSpot CRM solutions.
• Train team members on how to effectively use HubSpot CRM tools and features.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer with a focus on implementing and customising HubSpot CRM, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL for custom development.
• Strong experience with HubSpot APIs and integrating HubSpot CRM with third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, sales processes, and customer service optimisation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot Service Software) are a plus.
