We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a collaborative team of experts focused on creating a world-class data platform. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a technical thought leader in data management, database systems, and information processes across the company. You will have the freedom to design innovative solutions to unique challenges, using data to improve workplace experiences. This opportunity will allow you to really put your stamp on things and bring new ideas to the table.

The role:

• Acting as an SME on how information is collected, organized, and used within the company.
• Shape and lead our data strategy and architectural vision.
• Create design patterns and blueprints for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Develop a multi-year data platform architecture/technology roadmap for expanding our SaaS product.
• Lead decisions on current and future data platform software architecture.
• Ensure alignment and support through design reviews.
• Develop and communicate the integration approach for the data platform architecture.
• Partner with various stakeholders to define the technical strategy for our data-driven products and applications.
• Define data architecture patterns for various business areas, including Product, IQ, Finance, Operations, Sales, Security, and Audit.
• Collaborate with IQ teams to build advanced features like customer profiling for retention and personalized services.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams for successful feature implementation.
• Foster a culture of innovation and curiosity within your team.
• Leverage AWS knowledge to complement our expertise.
• Ensure projects stay on course and are technically feasible, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
