Senior Front End Engineer

As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will be part of a team that develops and enhances our digital platforms, creating high-quality user experiences. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, continuously learning and applying new technologies. The Purpose of Your Role
In this role, you will contribute to building and improving the user experience on our digital platforms. From idea generation to shipping features, you will be involved at every stage of the development process. Your contributions will help shape our products, and you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, experiment with new tools, and learn from feedback.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Knowledge and experience in CI/CD practices, A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns for scalable systems.
  • Test-first development mindset, experienced in using modern test frameworks.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, balancing intuition with measured data.
  • Strong communication skills and technical expertise for meaningful team discussions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, both in-person and virtually, fostering positive relationships.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and driving automation.
  • Technical acuity and an engineering mindset.
  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for developing user-friendly web applications.
  • Strong experience with Angular 12+, RxJS, Redux/NgRx, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture patterns.
  • Expertise with test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook.
  • Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with a test-first development approach.
  • Familiarity with NodeJS/NestJS, GraphQL, and microservices for developing features.
  • Ability to collaborate with product teams to ensure feature development aligns with scope and customer value.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to team efficiency and sharing new techniques and technologies.
