Site Reliability Engineer

• €450 per day - 6 month contract

• West Dublin based - hybrid working

We’re looking for a self-driven Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to join a growing team focused on scaling and securing a large-scale public cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role that blends systems reliability, cloud automation, and software engineering, helping ensure the smooth operation of business-critical workloads across AWS and Azure.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive observability, resiliency, and performance across cloud platforms
• Design and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
• Automate infrastructure and application management using tools like Terraform, Python, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support cloud-native solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve system reliability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in IT, with at least 4 years in cloud infrastructure or SRE roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (certifications a plus)
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architectures
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Shell, Go)
• Comfortable with tools like Terraform, Jenkins, DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk
• Solid background in networking, Linux systems, and infrastructure as code
