IT Support Administrator

The sales recruitment network are recruiting for an IT support Administrator, to work between Milton Keynes and Wembley.  The ideal candidate will drive, have some experience and interest within IT, looking to work for a Global company and grow within their career, full support and internal and external training given.  This is a hybrid role. 

Some dutie

• Workstation/server OS server builds, ADS administration, Maintaining successful backups, WSUS for servers/workstation.

  Log & take ownership of Incidents, Problems, and Changes onto the Service Desk for Commercial and Production related issues.

  Workstations, laptops, applications, printers, and mobile devices, Virtual Machines.

  Inventory control management of local and global IT assets and data points

  Implement local and global projects in a timely manner

  Write, update and maintain network schematics, work instructions and procedures for the Production and Commercial network infrastructure

  Manage and Maintain the order management process & keep all related documents filed and organised

  Perform other reasonable duties with the

  needs of the department

  Option to do the EHS team to provide feedback from working in all areas of the business.
