IT Administrator - Cloud

As an ICT Administrator with a focus on Cloud services, the successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless operation of the company's ICT infrastructure. This includes a primary focus on Microsoft Cloud offerings such as Azure, Office 365, Defender for Endpoints, and SharePoint administration. The role also encompasses long-term projects aimed at bolstering network defence.

Key responsibilities include enhancing the reliability and performance of ICT services, swiftly restoring normal service after interruptions, and ensuring ongoing confidentiality, integrity, and availability of these services. The role demands proactive and reactive maintenance, as well as participation in projects aligned with business priorities.

Candidates are expected to possess a tertiary qualification in ICT or related discipline, or have more than two years’ experience in a similar field. Desirable certifications include ITIL, MS security, and formal security certifications related to Microsoft environments. A deep understanding of Windows Server, GPOs, Active Directory, networking, and routing is essential. Senior-level administration expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and cloud security is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the ITIL framework, excellent relationship management and team-working skills, and experience working under pressure. A data-driven and risk management approach to decision-making, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage external service providers are also key.
