Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our IT team based in Wembley. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as GDPR and ISO27001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced 3rd line support for escalated issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT problems.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, including MS Tenant administration and configuration.
- Handle deployment and management of Intune for device management.
- Oversee and implement VoIP system deployments across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO27001 standards, supporting audits and maintaining documentation.
- Administer Active Directory (A/D) and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Basic networking setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including IP configurations, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Support Sentinel for security monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 3rd line support, with strong skills in Microsoft 365, Intune, A/D, and MS Tenant management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and VoIP systems.
- Familiarity with GDPR and ISO27001 standards and experience in maintaining compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
