****Hybrid role 2-3 days a week remote and the rest in the office****
An award winning building company are looking for a First Line Support/ IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for an IT issues.
You will utilise a support ticketing system to log the issue, escalate to the most suitable resource, and assist and resolve the issues.
Skills & experience for the role:
* ITIL exposure/ knowledge
* Azure Virtual Machines
* Office 365 administration
* Windows PC administration - Intune
* LAN and WAN networking
* Backup Software
* General network security and Traffic management
* end user device hardware support
* VoIP telephony and video conferencing
* SharePoint document management
* Antimalware
* email traffic filtering.
It would be an advantage if I have these qualifications
* CompTIA A+
* ITIL practitioner
* MCSA on Windows 10
