Overview:

Join the discovery phase of a new Workforce Management (WFM) implementation with Dayforce. You'll play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring Dayforce meets operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs.
• Process Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and Dayforce capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business teams and ensure accurate requirement capture.
• Documentation: Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Testing: Support solution testing to ensure it meets requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in WFM, particularly with Dayforce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
