I am representing an accredited Microsoft Technology Partner and IT Managed Service Provider who can bring on an excellent 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the growing team. You can expect to be supporting the wide client base with various IT issues.

Responsibilities for the 3rd Line Support Engineer:

  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide effective service to customer end users
  • Prioritisation and management of allocated tickets, ensuring these are resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Provide in depth diagnosis and resolutions of incidents
  • Be a point of escalation for technical queries from the 1st and 2nd line teams

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of proving IT support at 3rd line level
  • Experience of administering and supporting the latest Microsoft Technologies
  • Ability to build, configure and support Windows desktop systems
