DIGITAL SUPPORT SALES APPRENTICE
We have a great opportunity to join Uniq Recycling as a Digital Support Sales Tech Apprentice, We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our sales team as a lead finder. Role
- Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the target market using various tools and databases.
- Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and readiness of potential clients to determine if they qualify as leads for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the sales manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads through consistent follow-upcommunications until they are ready to engage with the sales team.
- Maintain and develop Uniq Recycling’s digital presence and delivery and safeguard the brand and reputation
- Provide customer service support and develop processes in relation to digital impact and possible damage to brand reputation.
- Be responsible for data analysis; data entry and maintenance
Training
- Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard Qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- Apprenticeship training will be delivered online from our Head office Wise Origin College
- Full support from the tutor for the duration of the Apprenticeship
- Option to progress to Level 4 Qualification
- Permanent position after completing Apprenticeship
