Contracts Co-ordinator Apprenticeship
Unisurge are a supplier of custom procedure packs, dressing packs, medical disposable and theatre products for health care professionals. They are currently looking for a Contracts Administration apprentice.
Role
- Provide the Territory Managers with administration support
- Responsible for the review of all relevant paperwork, to ensure it is correctly completed prior to communicating with the Territory Managers and Direct Accounts
- Manage contracts to ensure all systems are updated
- Identify the customer’s demands and needs in order to support the Territory Managers
- Liaising with the sample department to ensure all relevant paperwork is provided
- Assist where necessary in the making of samples, liaising with customers to ensure given deadlines are met
- Communicate with all relevant internal departments to ensure the smooth introduction of new opportunities and maintaining current accounts
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new and current customer files
- The ability to communicate verbally both internally and externally
Training
- The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Online tutor meetings and occasional day release to West Suffolk College as part of a blended learning approach
- Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held
- The opportunity to secure a permanent place in the Contracts Coordinator role
