Multi Channel Marketing Apprentice
Role
You’ll create campaigns, update our social media platforms to ensure that our messaging is current and engaging, assist in designing campaigns/posts,create engaging copy for our website, campaigns and other marketing material. If you enjoy being creative and using your graphic design skills there will be plenty of opportunity for you to get involved in other aspects of our business too!
On a day to day basis you will assist in driving our business forward through various digital platforms by:
- Creating and delivering campaigns and marketing material
- Creating, managing and scheduling social media content across a range of platforms
- Designing engaging campaign assets, website elements and social media campaigns
- Search Engine optimisation
- Gathering content, written, visual and video Other ad hoc design related projects
Training
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification: The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body. This is a Level 3 qualification.
For the right person, an opportunity to grow with the company. Upon completion, consideration will be given to progressing onto a higher level degree apprenticeship.
