E-Commerce Analyst, Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Circa £40k+ package

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-million-pound, rapidly growing FMCG company in their head office in Trowbridge.
 
The company works with many clients, taking product orders through their online service. They are experiencing an innovative period of digital transformation and are welcoming applications who want to significantly contribute to long-term business success.
 
The varied position will entail a mix of analytical, technical and commercial skills to maximise sales opportunities through the website. The role will build partnerships across the business by lending their expertise on innovative methods for utilising the web platform and the product mix.
 
Responsibilities within the Role:

• Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders to gain deep understanding of the business.
• Support, assist make positive change to the Magento/Adobe solutions.
• Troubleshoot and make configuration changes.
• Support the wider IT team to develop business solutions, requirements and modelling.
• Advise and promote on E-Commerce best practice.

 
Candidate Requirements:

• Working knowledge and understanding of E-Commerce.
• Commercial acumen-proven record of delivering savings/profit through E-Commerce solutions.
• Experience in Magento/Adobe.
• Business analyst, problem solving, communication and planning skills.
• Ideally experience in Agile methodology (SCRUM) and in retail or FMCG.
