Personal Assistant

Salary: Competitive salary plus company pension and bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: London, with hybrid and flexible working

What will you be doing?

  • The Personal Assistant will be responsible for extensive diary management whilst maintaining confidentiality for the Chief Digital Business and Technologies Officer.
  • Inbox management, including responses and delegation of actions and tasks.
  • Organising extensive and complex travel arrangements; including international travel, and supporting the wider team as necessary.
  • Manage both personal and business-related issues with discretion.
  • Gatekeeper between internal and external stakeholders; maintaining concise team processes and communication.
  • Coordinating and producing quality information, managing small projects and board papers within the required timescales.
  • Coordinating key events, such as conferences and event planning; both internal and external.
  • Providing support on systems and processes.



What are we looking for?

  • Stable experience supporting C-Suite director(s).
  • Ability to work dynamically at an incredibly fast pace.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and communication.
  • Proactive nature with strong use of initiative.
  • Efficient problem solver.
  • Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail.
