Salary: £42,000 - £52,000

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid - 1 to 2 days a week in the office)

Xpertise are excited to be working with a multi-national organisation in the retail sector to source them a Project Manager to join their Branch Retail and Sales team. The scope of work varies from project to project but surrounds IT systems and Process improvement, focusing on the end to end sales process and customer experience. This role will play a big part in shaping the future of the organisation and aid in enabling them to work in more effective and efficient ways.

I'm looking to speak and meet with individuals who have demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager on a range of IT projects and possess the capabilities needed to be successful in this role. Personality is a crucial factor to this role and I'm looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic nature.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Taking full ownership of projects, responsible for solving problems and overseeing tasks through to finish
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of projects
• Work closely with the development teams to ensure the quality levels of the deliverables meet expectations
• Manage project risks and ensure best practice governance
• Being the liaison between the technical IT teams and business stakeholders of a varying understanding of IT knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience required:

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the Retail sector or similar industry
• Experience managing and successfully delivering a range of IT projects from start to finish
• Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Prince2 Practitioner or APM Practitioner preferable but not essential
