Lead D365 / Power Platform Developer

Location - London 2 days a week

Salary - £70,000 to £80,000

The Role

As the Lead D365 / Power Platform Developer, you’ll design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive excellence with data integrity. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior developers to deliver high‑quality, scalable applications.

• Lead architecture, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics CE modules with Power Platform
• Develop complex workflows to SLAs
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics, additional systems, and external portals
• Partner with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions

Your Experience

We’re looking for an experienced D365 and Power Platform specialist who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience deploying, customising, and managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Proven track record designing solutions and complex workflows
• Expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint integration, and data gateways
• Strong knowledge of Office 365/Azure ecosystem, CRMs, security models, and compliance
• Experience mentoring team members and driving user adoption of Microsoft solutions
