Job Description: UX Writer / Content Designer

We are seeking UX Writers / Content Designers who are eager to combine established methodologies with their own insights to collaborate on impactful products and tools.

A genuine passion for language and the ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic Trust & Safety environment to multiple stakeholders are essential. Additionally, a willingness to actively participate in the design process, contributing value at every stage, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine content for various products and tools.
• Communicate findings and proposals, advocating for best practices and content design approaches.
• Ensure UX Writing and Content Design considerations are integrated throughout the design process.
• Develop and edit content that supports brand and business objectives, including forms, UI text, and documentation of internal processes and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in UX Writing / Content Design.
• Proven ability to create and edit content that aligns with brand and business goals.
• Strong understanding of content design principles.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a busy environment.
• Passion for language and an eagerness to participate in the design process.
