Customer Service
iRecruit4 are hiring for a busy Customer Service department in Swindon for a Customer Service Advisor specialising in our clients National Accounts.

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Working in a busy customer service team, engaging with customers on the phone, via email and webchat.
- Working with Third party customers and developing relationships with key clients for the business.
- Managing key account orders in a timely manner.
- Working with online systems to manage order processing and tracking information.
- Co-Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and understand stock levels.
- Liaising with the Warehouse if there are any dispatch issues.
- Responding to customer enquires promptly.
- Proving key accounts accurate and valid information at all times.
- Undertaking weekly service calls where you will be asked to produce reports and give presentations when required.
Additional Information:
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems- including an understanding of CRM systems and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent ability to analyse data and action accordingly.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Monday to Friday
- 09.00 - 17.00
- £30,000 Per Annum.
